SHIPPING & RETURNS
Please allow 7–14 working days for printing and delivery. All photographs are printed and packed for shipping by Contact Photo Lab in Los Angeles. As a working photographer, I try my best to send the prints out as soon as possible, but please keep in mind that I work alone. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
As of now, I only ship to the Continental U.S. through my website. For all other international destinations, please contact me and I’ll be happy to give you a custom quote for shipping.
WHO DO YOU SEND YOUR PARCELS WITH?
I use UPS Ground for standard deliveries, which is secure, fast and insured. A signature will be required before receiving your parcel.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, I will supply you with a tracking number via your provided email. You can use that tracking number to follow the status of your shipment. Here is a link to the UPS tracking page.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
UPS ground deliveries generally take 1–5 days depending on your location. I will try to dispatch your oder within 7 business days of your order being placed, but please allow for up to 14 work days for orders to be delivered. Should your order be urgent, please contact me through the form below.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR THE PARCEL?
All orders I send out will require signature. If you are not in to sign for your order, the carrier will leave a notice with information on how to arrange for another delivery or how to collect your parcel in person. If the parcel is not collected and returned to me, I can arrange to resend it, but there will be an additional shipping charge for this.
MY GOODS HAVEN’T BEEN SHIPPED YET, WHAT IS GOING ON?
As a working photographer, I cannot always send your print(s) out as soon as your order is placed due to any number of different circumstances. As mentioned previously, I endeavor to send prints within 7 working days. Please check your spam folder in case any correspondance may have been missed. If you are concerned about the status of your purchase, please feel free to contact me via the form below. I am always happy to provide my collectors with assistance. On some rare occasions, I may require more information about yourself and/or the shipping address, in which case I will contact you via phone or email.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
Continental United States: $15 flat rate. No extra charge for 1 or more item if shipped to a single address.
International: custom shipping rate, please contact me for a quote.
I DON’T LIVE IN THE U.S. WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA IMPORT CHARGES?
Before you commit to your purchase, please verify your country’s import tax and/or duty charges. I cannot be held liable for any additional charges, taxes, or duties issued by your country’s import office. These charges are your sole responsibility. Import duty and taxes will be different from country to country and depend on the value of the goods you are receiving. I have no control over these charges and am unable to lower the value of any prints I send out.
If the product arrives damaged, please document the damages on the packaging and the print(s), and contact me as soon as possible through the form below. I will issue a replacement free of charge. You will need to return the original parcel in order to receive the replacement print(s), and the damaged print will be destroyed. I do not offer returns or exchanges except if damage to the item occurs during shipping. Should your good be damaged, please contact me as soon as possible through the form below; I will assist you with the return of your damaged item and the replacement print(s).
The checkout is processed by Stripe, PayPal, and Apple Pay, three of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. They all provide the same securities and payment fraud protection. I currently accept the following forms of payment:

Payment can be made using the methods listed above only, and payment will be processed immediately. The total amount is the same regardless of the payment method you choose. If paying through PayPal, there may be a slight delay in processing your order. All payments are secure and processed by either Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay.
